The Hotel Escuela San Crist\u00f3bal (HESC) is an initiative of the institute for innovation, development and social impact (iidis) and led by Tom\u00e1s Aller Floreancig with the aim of developing <\/span>a training project in work centres that constitutes a source of opportunities for all those people who need to acquire, develop and strengthen their personal, interpersonal and professional skills to be able to commit to their autonomy and their future. As a priority, the mission of the Hotel Escuela San Crist\u00f3bal is oriented towards young people and adolescents in need of protection and people in vulnerable situations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

From the Hotel Escuela platform we want to provide a training opportunity<\/span> linked to a first professional experience in a sector as strategic for Valladolid and for Spain as the hotel and accommodation sector. We are the third generation of a family that has dedicated part of their lives to welcoming people who were passing through Madrid and Valladolid, such as the football teams that visited the Capital, which has allowed us to form part of the history of the Real Madrid Football Club.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Hospitality is as much a part of our trajectory as business vision and initiative management, being promoters -together with other entrepreneurs- of the Provincial Association of Hospitality Entrepreneurs of Valladolid and at regional level in Castilla y Le\u00f3n. Somos la tercera generaci\u00f3n de una familia que ha dedicado parte de sus vidas a acoger a personas que estaban de paso por Madrid y Valladolid, como los equipos de f\u00fatbol que visitaban la Capital, lo cual nos ha valido formar parte de la historia del Club de F\u00fatbol Real Madrid. La hospitalidad forma parte de nuestra trayectoria de igual manera que la visi\u00f3n empresarial y la gesti\u00f3n de iniciativas, siendo promotores -junto a otros emprendedores- de la Asociaci\u00f3n Provincial de Empresarios de Hosteler\u00eda de Valladolid\u00a0 y a nivel regional en Castilla y Le\u00f3n.
